Blocking and Reporting
How to Block Someone

Blocked users cannot view your profile, send messages, or show interest.
Reporting Abuse

- 2. Select the reason for reporting

- 4. Our team will review within 24 hours
Reports are confidential. The reported user will not know who reported them.

- Add your birth details for astrological matching
- Update your profile regularly to stay active
- Consider upgrading to Premium for priority matching

- Verified Badge - Profile has been verified through ID/phone verification
- Trust Score - Higher scores indicate more verified information
- Complete Profile - Detailed profiles are more likely to be genuine
- Multiple Photos - Several recent photos add credibility
If you suspect a fake profile, please report it immediately.
Saving a profile adds it to your saved list for later review. The other person is not notified.
Shortlisting adds the profile to your favorites and notifies the other person that you have shown special interest. This can lead to faster responses.
Yes, you can hide your profile at any time from Privacy Settings. When hidden:
- Your profile will not appear in search results
- You will not receive new interests
- Existing conversations can continue
- You can still search and view other profiles
You can unhide your profile anytime to become visible again.
While exact birth time provides the most accurate Guna Milan calculation, we can still provide a reasonable estimate using:
- Birth date and location to determine Nakshatra range
- Moon sign (Rashi) if known
- Approximate time period (morning, afternoon, evening, night)
For the most accurate results, we recommend providing exact birth time. You can always update this later.
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Select your reason for leaving
- Confirm with your password
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, messages, and matches will be permanently removed after 30 days.
